st mark's residences - university of leeds
Winner of Best Student Residences in the 2014 CUBO Awards. St Mark's BREEAM Excellent rated replacement accommodation provides the university of Leeds with 530 new post graduate study bedroom residences. Bedrooms are generally grouped in 6’s forming flats with shared communal kitchen/living space. The scheme was developed around reinstating the historic street patterns and creating good quality useable landscaped spaces within the buildings that were designed to improve the street scene around the site. The project was delivered by D&B contract further to stage E tender information.
Nick was project partner and lead architect whilst at ADP through the duration of the project from inception to completion, and had a retained services role for the university through the construction period..
