CoARC is an RIBA Chartered Practice, and you can find out more here.
Appointed by Osbornes and the university to develop the design of the building post planning and architecturally engineer the building to achieve significant reductions in cost whilst maintaining the quality of design, Nick as adp's lead architect worked closely with the contractor and engineers to significantly revise the building and yet maintain the same stunning form created by the previous design architects. The buildings crescent shape follows a pond on site and the seminar facilites are cantilevered out on the fourth floor over looking the pond and the Guildford skyline. Accommodation inside varied from small offices, to lecture theatres and research laboratories.
